1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Lorena Porcu. For any request regarding your data or the exercise of your rights, you can write to info@lorenaporcu.it.

2. What data we process

This is a static, informational and educational website. We process:

• Browsing data: for the operation and security of the site, the computer systems acquire certain technical data whose transmission is implicit in the Internet protocols (e.g. IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request). They are used in aggregate form to ensure correct operation and protection against abuse, and are not used to identify you.
• Data provided voluntarily: the data you enter in the contact form (name, email address and message content) or that you send us by email.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to your requests sent through the contact form or by email. Legal basis: the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and the legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6 GDPR).
• Ensuring the security and operation of the site. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website.

Providing data in the form is optional, but without it the request cannot be fulfilled.

4. Processing methods and providers (processors)

Data are processed with computer tools and appropriate security measures. To deliver the service we rely on the following providers, which act as data processors:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting (Cloudflare Pages), content delivery network (CDN) and attack protection. For these purposes Cloudflare may process technical connection data (e.g. IP address) and use technical/security cookies.
• Formspree, Inc. — handling of the contact form submission (when active). It receives and forwards the data you enter in the form.
• Aruba S.p.A. — management of the email service linked to the domain, should you write to us by email.

Some providers (e.g. Cloudflare, Formspree) are based in the United States: any transfers of data outside the EU take place in compliance with the GDPR, on the basis of adequate safeguards (e.g. the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

5. Cookies

This site does not use profiling cookies or any analytics or advertising tracking tools. There may only be technical cookies set by the hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and correct operation, for which consent is not required. You can in any case manage or block cookies from your browser settings.

6. How long we keep the data

Messages sent through the form or by email are kept for the time necessary to handle your request and any related obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Technical browsing data are kept for the strictly necessary technical time for security purposes.

7. Your rights

At any time you may exercise the rights provided by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing. To do so, write to info@lorenaporcu.it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), if you believe that the processing infringes the applicable law.

The site may contain links to other websites. The controller is not responsible for the data processing and privacy practices of third-party sites: we invite you to consult their respective policies.
